These terms and conditions apply to all yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and other services offered by Soluna Yoga.
All bookings are non-binding requests.
A binding agreement is formed only after written confirmation and invoicing via email.
Payment is made via bank transfer after receipt of the invoice.
All prices are final and VAT-exempt.
Participation is at your own risk.
Yoga and related practices do not replace medical treatment.
Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries or health conditions.
Cancellation policies are communicated individually with the booking confirmation and are part of the respective offer.
In the event of illness, force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances, the provider reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointments. Any payments already made will be refunded.
Austrian Law applies.
